Lorinda Stewart’s ONE DAY CLOSER, the true story of a small town mother’s transformation into a hostage negotiator as she fights for 460 days to rescue her daughter from kidnappers in Somalia, where she is being held for ransom, to Rebecca Lamarche and Myles Milne at Candour Pictures, with Jennifer Snow adapting, and Oscar-nominated director Yan England attached, with financing provided by Dan Reardon at Convergent Media, for production in spring 2025, by Paige Sisley on behalf of Dean Cooke at CookeMcDermid.
