Christine Lai's LANDSCAPES, a blend of narrative, diary, and essay that explores memory, possession, and the capacity of art as an instrument for recollection, set in a haunting near-future of ecological disaster and telling the story of an archivist cataloguing the remaining artifacts of her crumbling country estate, as she reflects on artworks depicting violence against women and reconciles herself with her own experience of assault two decades ago, to Eric Obenauf at Two Dollar Radio, for publication in fall 2023, by Stephanie Sinclair at CookeMcDermid (US).
